No to No-kia,
In my case, its a N72 (yes- a cheaper model but not free). Software got crashed, files got deleted, memory card corrupted, multimedia applications useless - I doubt Nokia preprograms the software to crash the phone and sqeeze more money out of the customers pocket. Nokia Care doesnt even care. They asked me to go to a cyber cafe to recover the corrupted memory card. The memory card was assigned a password by the phone itself and subsequently got corrupted. Anyone can search in the net for similar problems to verify the fact stated. Now I have a big phone with a use of just making calls (that too if you know the number-phone book wont work in the phone). Next alternative - try another brand. Nokia WAS my favorite. I have loved it since the first Nokia was brought into the family. First you'll love it, later on you will compulsively join the I HATE NOKIA club.
